Quite simply the item you have selected may be considered “overweight” or “oversized” to our shippers. Because of the added weight and/or size a small $10 fee per item will be applied to the existing shipping charges to allow for the increase in shipper costs.

Yes, we are required to charge tax in the following states:

When can I expect my order? | Top ▲
All orders placed will be processed immediately. Most orders will leave the warehouse(s) within 24 to 48 hours and are typically shipped UPS or DHL. Depending on your location standard shipping may take between 1 and 7 days after it leaves the warehouse to arrive. A tracking number and finalized invoice will be supplied via your registered email after the order has shipped.
What happens if a product is backordered or is no longer available? | Top ▲
As a company we continually strive for a 100% fill rate on all of our orders. In some rare cases a product(s) on your order may be temporarily out of stock in which case it will be backordered. All backorders are held for a period of (30) thirty days. Backorders held during this period will be shipped to you upon arrival at our warehouse. Any orders that exceed this time period will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Any products that are known by Heavenly Home Décor not to be available within the next thirty days will be cancelled immediately, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
